Hey, I'm Kat!

I know that every path to parenthood looks different—whether you’re just starting to TTC, embracing pregnancy, adjusting to life with a newborn, or navigating loss.

No matter where you are, you don’t have to go through it alone.

As a Full Spectrum Doula & Wellness Provider, I’m here to provide judgment-free support, real conversations, and evidence-based guidance to help you feel confident and cared for at every step. My own journey—mixed with years of training and hands-on experience—has shaped the way I show up for my clients: with compassion, knowledge, and a whole lot of heart.

💛 Need someone to walk beside you? Let’s chat and find the support that feels right for you.

Testimonials

"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be a part of our journey with our son. She was incredibly helpful and always there for us when we needed advice. I would 100% recommend Kat’s services. She has been a lifesaver for us!" - D.B & M.H.

I humbly acknowledge that I reside and operate on Treaty 7 territory—the traditional and ancestral lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley). This land is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within the historical Northwest Métis Homeland.

I recognize and honour the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples who have lived on and cared for these lands for generations. I express my gratitude to the Traditional Knowledge Keepers, Elders—past and present—and the ongoing resilience of Indigenous communities.

As part of my commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, I strive to educate myself, listen, and support Indigenous voices in my work. This includes advocating for culturally respectful care, acknowledging intergenerational trauma, and fostering safe, inclusive spaces for Indigenous families on their fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys.

I am committed to providing a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for all who seek support—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship structure, cultural background, or reproductive journey.

Your path is uniquely yours, and I am here to walk beside you with compassion, knowledge, and respect.
