I primarily support individuals and families in Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Strathmore, and surrounding communities.Some services, including fertility support, childbirth education, and bereavement support, may also be available virtually. Whether you're trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, adjusting to postpartum, processing a loss, or simply looking for education and guidance, we'll talk about where you are, what you're hoping for, and what support would best fit your journey.Sometimes the hardest part is simply reaching out.We'll figure the rest out together.

Yes!I offer a complimentary consultation so we can get to know one another, discuss your needs, answer your questions, and determine whether we're a good fit.Choosing someone to support you during such an important season of life is a personal decision, and I encourage you to meet with as many doulas or professionals as you need before deciding.There's never any pressure to book with me.

What if we're not the right fit?

Finding the right doula is a little like finding the right therapist, counsellor, or coach—you deserve someone you genuinely feel comfortable with.If either of us feels another professional would better suit your needs, that's completely okay. My priority has always been helping families find the support that's right for them, even if that means referring you elsewhere.At the end of the day, I want you to feel safe, heard, and supported.

Are my sessions confidential?

Yes.Your privacy is incredibly important to me. Everything we discuss during our sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.The only exceptions are situations where I have a legal or ethical obligation to act, such as concerns about the immediate safety of a child, vulnerable person, or someone at risk of serious harm. If that situation ever arose, I would communicate openly with you whenever it was safe and appropriate to do so.My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe to ask questions, share openly, and know you're being heard without judgment.

Yes.I understand that every family's financial situation is different, and I believe support should be as accessible as possible.Payment plans are available for many services. During your consultation, we can discuss options and create a plan that works for both of us.
