This complimentary 45-minute conversation is your opportunity to meet me, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work — with no pressure and no obligation. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you'd like about where you are in your journey. Whether you're just beginning to explore support, somewhere in the middle of something hard, or not quite sure what you're looking for yet — this is a good place to start. This introductory appointment is open to anyone considering support for: - Fertility, TTC, infertility & assisted reproduction - Pregnancy, birth & VBAC - Postpartum & newborn support - Pregnancy or infant loss & reproductive grief - Abortion & reproductive decision support - Adoption & surrogacy support - Childbirth education - Or something you're not quite sure how to name yet This is not a paid session, an intake appointment, or a commitment to book. It's simply a chance to connect, explore, and see if working together feels right. At booking, you'll choose whether you'd prefer to connect by video or phone. If you choose video, your meeting details will be included with your booking confirmation. If you choose phone, I'll call you at the number you provide at your scheduled time.
