Foundations Package
Price: $30/hr • 3 hours per day (minimum booking)
What it is:
Gentle, practical postpartum support to help you heal, rest, and bond with baby.

Nourished Nest: Postpartum Meal Prep
Price: $25/hr + cost of groceries/supplies
What it is:
Personalized meal prep rooted in your culture, needs, and recovery goals. I create nourishing, freezer-friendly meals that are easy to heat and tailored to:

Price: $30/hr • 4 hours per day
What it is:
A longer care block for families needing deeper support, extra rest, or more focused newborn care.
Includes:

Extended infant care (while you sleep, bathe, etc.)

More time for emotional support, partner inclusion, or longer visits postpartum
Add Ons
Postpartum Planning Session (virtual): $85. Parents in pregnancy planning for postpartum now
Virtual Check-In Package (2–3 calls): $125. Those outside your area needing emotional/feeding support
Postpartum Journal Prompts and Checklist PDFs: $45. Good for email list building or as value-adds
Outside of Calgary?
Price: $40-50/hr
Available in select surrounding areas (please inquire)
